The Prichard Housing Authority (PHA) Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 19, 2021 until May 21, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application

Once the application was completed, it was returned to William “Bill” Clark Family Life Center

The maximum income limit for each household size were listed on the public notice

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list
