Oleander Park ApartmentsSenior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Prichard Housing Authority (PHA) waiting list for Near-Elderly (55+) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments at Oleander Park Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2020, until further notice

Please note: The PHA website says "You must be 55 or older to apply."

To apply during the opening period, print the the application that is available online. Scroll down to the "Project Based Vouchers" section, and select the "Project-Based Application" link

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed or hand delivered to the Oleander Park Apartments office, located at 7646 Cottage Hill Rd, Mobile, AL 36695

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list
