Golden Gate Village Public Housing

The Marin Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Golden Gate Village from April 19, 2023, until May 3, 2023

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application

2. Complete the application at the MHA office, located at 429 Drake Ave, Marin City and 4020 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael, CA. Monday-Friday

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Work/School (8 Points)
• Homeless (Coordinated Entry) (10 Points)
• Veterans (10 Point)
• Involuntary Displaced (10 Points)
• Chronic Homelessness (Coordinated Entry) (4 Points)
• Section 8 Participant (10 Points)

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences
