The Vacaville Housing Authority (VHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from February 26, 2024 at 8:00 am, until March 11, 2024 at 5:00 pm PT. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in November, 2019

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $40,500 | 5 Persons $61,800
• 2 Persons $45,800 | 6 Persons $66,400
• 3 Persons $51,500 | 7 Person $70,950
• 4 Persons $57,200 | 8 Persons $75,550

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

400 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery
