Boulder County, Colorado Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program waiting list is opening soon

The BCHA will accept applications for this waiting list for one day only on February 8, 2023 at 8:30 am, until 4:30 pm MT

Please note: According to the BCHA, "In order to qualify for a Mainstream voucher, the household must have someone in the household between the ages of 18 and 61 years of age with a documented disability and be under 50% of the Area Median Income limit for Boulder County"

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Seniors (age 62+)
• Individuals ages 18+ with a disability
• Households with children

Selected applicants will be placed on this waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
