The Colorado Springs Housing Authority (CSHA) will accept Elderly and Disabled waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Silver Key, Southview Plaza and Franklin Square from May 16, 2023, until May 18, 2023

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Silverkey Apartments, 1410 N. Hancock Ave, 80903. One bedroom units

• Southview Plaza Apartments, 1462 E. Fountain Blvd, 80910. One bedroom units

• Franklin Square Apartments, 605 N. Franklin St, 80903. One bedroom units

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received
