The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo (HACP) is accepting waiting list applications for 1-bedroom apartments at Mineral Palace Tower from February 28, 2024, until March 1, 2024

Please note: According to the HACP "must be 62 years and older, and/or disabled."

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application

2. Pick up an application in person at the HACP office, located at 201 S Victoria Ave, Pueblo, CO 81003

Once the paper application is completed, it was to be either:

1. Mailed to the HACP office, address mentioned above

2. Emailed to [email protected]

Income limits can be found here

This waitlist has the following preferences:

• Victims of domestic violence
• Displaced due to federally declared disaster
• Applicant families who are actively experiencing homelessness
• Single persons who are elderly, displaced, homeless or persons with disabilities over other single persons
• Families that include a person with disabilities, but not for persons with a specific disability

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences
