Englewood and Sheridan, Colorado Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Innovative Housing Concepts (IHC) on behalf of the Englewood Housing Authority and the Sheridan Housing Authority will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 22, 2024 at 8:00 am, until January 23, 2024 at 5:00 pm MT.

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Englewood Housing Authority’s HCV Program has a preference for families living or working in the City of Englewood.
• Sheridan Housing Authority’s HCV Program has a preference for families living or working in the City of Sheridan.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
