This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Tallahassee, Florida

The Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher Program waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at Columbia Gardens from May 19, 2024 at 12:00 am, until June 17, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in September, 2023

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Columbia Garden, located at 2712 Country Club Road, Tallahassee, Florida, 32301. Offering 1, 2 and 3-bedrom units

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $48,150 | 5 Persons $74,250
• 2 Persons $55,000 | 6 Persons $79,750
• 3 Persons $61,900 | 7 Person $85,250
• 4 Persons $68,750 | 8 Persons $90,750

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
