The Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from February 22, 2020, until March 22, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

Please note: This opening was for all bedroom sizes, although Affordable Housing Online was unable to confirm the bedroom sizes available for the THA Public Housing program

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list
