The Housing Authority of the City of Bloomington (HACB) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from October 16, 2023 at 9:00 am, until October 19, 2023 at 4:00 pm CT

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Current resident of McLean County (30 points) 
• Employed OR disabled OR elderly (15 points) 
• Veteran of US Armed Forces (5 points)

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list
