Heritage at Columbia Parc Senior Residences Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) Senior Public Housing waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Heritage at Columbia Parc Senior Residences is closed.

The HANO last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 14, 2022, until an unconfirmed close date in February, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

 To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $29,580 | 4 Persons $42,240
• 2 Persons $33,840 | 5 Persons $45,660
• 3 Persons $38,040

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• First, to former residents who were Head of Household living at the former St. Bernard apartment community on August 29, 2005.
• Second, to residents of other HANO owned public housing communities who are required to relocate due to a scheduled demolition.
• Third, to all other applicants.

1,500 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
