The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Fischer IV Residences is currently open

The HANO is accepting applications for this waiting list from February 27, 2023 at 8:00 am, until March 31, 2023 at 4:00 pm CT or until 2,000 applications are accepted

Please note: According to HANO, this waiting list is for the "Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher and Market program"

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 2 Person $37,680 | 5 Persons $50,820
• 3 Persons $42,360 | 6 Persons $54,800
• 4 Persons $47,040 | 7 Persons $58,380

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences
