Federal Family Public Housing

The Chelsea Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Federal Family Public Housing waiting list applications from November 1, 2023 at 8:30 am, until December 6, 2023 at 4:30 pm ET

There are three ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application

2. Pick up an application in person at the CHA office, located at 54 Locke St, Chelsea, MA 02150

3. Call (617) 409-5310 to request an application

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the CHA office, address mentioned above

2. Faxed to 617-884-6552

3. Hand deliver to the CHA office or drop box, located at the address mentioned above

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
