This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Watertown, Massachusetts

The Watertown Housing Authority (WHA) is accepting Elderly Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at St. Joseph’s Hall from May 13, 2024 at 8:30 am, until May 31, 2024 at 4:30 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in October, 2019

This waiting list is for the following property:

• St. Joseph’s Hall Apartments - located at 2 Rosary Drive, Watertown, MA. Offering 1 and 2-Bedroom units

Please note: "Applicants must be 62+ years of age."

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $57,100 | 2 Persons $63,500

This waiting list has the following preferences: Applicants who live and/or work in Watertown, MA

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences

There are five ways to apply while the waiting list is open:

1. In Person at the WHA Office, located at 55 Waverley Avenue, Watertown, MA. Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm

2. Call (617) 923-3950 to request an application by mail

3. Mail a letter to the WHA office, address mentioned above to request an application

4. Email Brittany Jancarik at [email protected]. to request an application

5. Print the paper application

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Delivered in person at the WHA office, address mentioned above

2. Postmarked by May 31, 2024 and mailed to WHA address mentioned above
