This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Watertown, Massachusetts

The Watertown Housing Authority (WHA) Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at E. Joyce Munger Apartments is closed

The WHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from August 22, 2022, until September 16, 2022.There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

Please note: According to the WHA, "To be eligible, applicants must a) meet the income guidelines, b) live and/or work in Watertown, MA, and c) be 55+ years of age"

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application

2. Call the WHA to request an application by mail

Once the application was completed, it was postmarked by September 16, 2022 and mailed to the WHA

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $78,300
• 2 Persons $89,500
• 3 Persons $100,700
• 4 Persons $111,850

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery
