The Lansing Housing Commission (LHC) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from November 17, 2023 until November 22, 2023. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in June, 2016

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Residency, 1 Point

• Living in Substandard Housing, 2 Points

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences
