Eligibility
The Lansing Housing Commission (LHC) is accepting Senior and Disabled Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list applications for Efficiencies and 1-Bedroom apartments for Capital City Apartments from November 13, 2023, until 200 applications have been received.
There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:
- Pick up an application in person at Capital City Apartments, located at 3200 South Washington Ave Lansing, MI 48910, from 1:00 pm , until 4:30 pm. Monday-Friday
- Pick up an application in person at Lansing Housing Commission Main Office, located at 419 Cherry Lansing, MI, from 1:00 pm , until 4:30 pm. Monday-Friday
Once the paper application is completed, it must be either:
- Hand delivered to Capital City Apartments, located at 3200 South Washington Ave Lansing, MI 48910, from 1:00 pm , until 4:30 pm. Monday-Friday
- Hand delivered to Lansing Housing Commission Main Office, located at 419 Cherry Lansing, MI, from 1:00 pm , until 4:30 pm. Monday-Friday
This waiting list has the following preferences:
- Elderly and Disabled
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences
