Brunswick County, North CarolinaSection 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Brunswick County Public Housing Agency (BCPHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from March 11, 2024, until March 25, 2024.

There are three ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application

2. Pick up an application at the BCPHA office, located in Building B of the Brunswick County Government Complex, located at 60 Government Center Drive, Bolivia, North Carolina, 28422, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm

3. Call (910) 253- 2222 to request an application by mail, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be dropped off at the BCPHA office at address above, during office hours

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $31,000 | 5 Persons $48,000
• 2 Persons $35,500 | 6 Persons $51,550
• 3 Persons $40,000 | 7 Person $55,100
• 4 Persons $44,000 | 8 Persons $58,650

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

250 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
