The Economic Improvement Council, Inc (EIC) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Multiple Counties from July 19, 2023, until the earliest confirmed date of January 11, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen

This waiting list was for the following counties: Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hyde, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Tyrrell and Washington County, North Carolina

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application

This waiting list had the following preferences: Local Residents

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences
