The Atlantic City Housing Authority (ACHA) is accepting Elderly Public Housing waiting list applications for 0 and 2-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April 8, 2022, until further notice

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Involuntarily Displaced Residents
• Disabled or Health Impaired Elderly Local Residents
• Displaced Local Residents Who Are Victims of Domestic Violence
• Elderly Residents Who Live in the City of Atlantic City
• Handicapped or Disabled Families Who Reside in the City of Atlantic City
• Residents Who Live and Work in the City of Atlantic City
• Individuals and Families Who Work in the City of Atlantic City
• Targeted Funding Admission for Certain Family Types on Regular Waiting List

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences
