The Housing Authority of Plainfield (HAP) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from December 18, 2023 at 9:00 am, until December 22, 2023 at 5:00 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in April, 2019

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application. 

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work in the City of Plainfield

• Veterans

800 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
