The Housing Authority of Plainfield (HAP) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Joanna Hollis Garden from the earliest confirmed open date of December 15, 2023, until further notice. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in December, 2017

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences
