The Housing Authority of Plainfield (HAP) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for Efficiency and 1-Bedroom apartments at Richmond Towers Apartment from the earliest confirmed open date of December 15, 2023, until further notice

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application. 

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work in the City of Plainfield

• Veterans

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences
