The White Plains Housing Authority (WPHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from April 11, 2024 at 8:30 am, until April 12, 2024 at 3:00 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in June, 2019

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $30,850 | 5 Persons $47,600
• 2 Persons $35,250| 6 Persons $51,110
• 3 Persons $39,650 | 7 Person $54,650
• 4 Persons $44,050 | 8 Persons $58,150

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Displaced by Government Action or Displaced by Natural Disaster

• Families at the time of application are a residents and/or work in White Plains

• Families with Children, Elderly, or Disabled

600 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
