Pickaway County, Ohio Section 8 HCV

The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from August 22, 2023 at 8:00 am, until August 24, 2023 at 4:00 pm ET

There are three ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application

2. Print the paper application

3. Pick up an application from the PMHA office, located at 176 Rustic Drive, Circleville, Ohio 43113 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Postmarked by August 24, 2023 and mailed to the PMHA office, located at the address above

2. Turn in the application to the PMHA office, address mentioned above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• US Veterans – Form DD214 is required for all veteran applicants to show a minimum of 6 months of active duty and honorable discharge or documentation showing eligibility for veteran benefits

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences
