The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) Senior and Disabled waiting list for apartments at Pickaway Terrace and Eden Place is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August 2021, until further notice

• Pickaway Terrace, is located at 2195 Arapaho Dr, Circleville, OH 43113. Has 1 and 2-bedroom units

• Eden Place, is located at 1175 Atwater Ave, Circleville, OH 43113. Has studio and 1-bedroom units

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application

2. Print the paper application available here

3. Pick up an application from PMHA office, located at 176 Rustic Drive, Circleville, Ohio 43113 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Veterans

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences
