Townview Terrace, Assisted Living Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) last accepted Senior and Disabled Assisted Living Public Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Townview Terrace from the earliest confirmed open date of February 27, 2023, until the earliest confirmed close date of October 18, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
