Interfaith Properties Other Waiting List

The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) Interfaith Properties waiting list applications were last accepted from the earliest confirmed date of February 27, 2023, until March 1, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

• Interfaith Properties has 16 units scattered around the City of Wooster. Included are 10 three to four bedroom single family homes and 3 one to three bedroom duplexes.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the application at the WMHA main office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
