The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at multiple properties is closed

The HACP last accepted applications for this waiting list for one day on November 19, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Bedford Dwellings (Hill District) – 2 Bedroom Apartments
• Arlington Heights (Southside) – 2 Bedroom Apartments
• Allegheny Dwellings (Northside) – 2 Bedroom Apartments
• Northview Heights (Northside) – 3 & 4 Bedroom Townhomes

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call or send an email to the Occupancy Department to schedule an appointment. Appointments were held at the HACP’s main office

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Veteran

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list
