The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) last accepted Senior (62+) Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at the Legacy Apartments from December 27, 2018, until July 21, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application
