Pennsylvania Bidwell High Rise and Pressley Street High Rise, 2-BedroomSenior Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is accepting Senior Public Housing waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments at Pennsylvania Bidwell and Pressley Street High Rise Apartments from November 14, 2023, until further notice

Please note: "The Head of Household, Spouse or Co-Head of Household must be elderly (62 years of age or older) or disabled."

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Pennsylvania Bidwell High Rise – 2-Bedroom units

• Pressley Street High Rise – 2-Bedroom units

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application

Once the application is completed, it must be either:

1. Emailed to [email protected].
2. Faxed to 412-456-5182

3. Mailed to the HACP Occupancy Department , located at 412 Blvd. of the Allies, 5th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219

4. Dropped off at the HACP Occupancy Department drop box, located at: 412 Blvd. of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15219

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Working
• Disabled
• Elderly
• Veteran

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences
