Lebanon and Dauphin County, Pennsylvania Section 8 HCV

The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon (HACL) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from July 5, 2023 at 8:00 am ET, until further notice

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Persons who live, work or attend school in Lebanon or Dauphin County
• Victims of domestic violence
• Persons in a transitional or condemned housing 
• Persons who are employed and homeless persons

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighted by order of preferences
