Columbia Housing (CH) will accept Moderate Rehabilitation (Mod-Rehab) waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments at Four Seasons Apartments for one day only on March 14, 2024 from 8:00 am, until 5:00 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in June, 2020

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Four Seasons Apartments - located at 2807 School House Rd, Columbia, SC 29204. Offering 2-Bedroom units

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 2 Persons $33,600
• 3 Persons $37,800
• 4 Persons $41,950

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

300 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery
