Spartanburg Housing Tax Credit Properties Low-Income

The Spartanburg Housing Authority (SHA) will accept Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for multiple properties from May 1, 2023 at 9:00 am, until May 31, 2023 at 4:00 pm ET

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Cedar Springs Place has 1-bedroom units

• Cottage Grove has 2 and 3-bedroom units. 
• Collins Park has 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units. 
• Independence Place has 2-bedroom units. 
• The Ridge at Southport has 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units

• Summer Place has 3-bedroom units

• Victoria Gardens has 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom units

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list
