The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) Senior Public Housing waiting list for 1-Bedrooms apartments at Blackwell Senior Cottage is closed. Applications were last accepted from August 30, 2021, until September 3, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Paper applications were not distributed or accepted by mail, fax or in person. 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
