Urbana at Hioaks and Brook Villas, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) will accept Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at Urbana at Hioaks and Brook Villas from February 27, 2024, until March 4, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since March, 2023
