Cool Lane Apartments, Studio and 1-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) will accept Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Studio and 1-bedroom apartments at Cool Lane Apartments from February 27, 2024 until March 4, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since March, 2023.
