The Wausau Community Development Authority (WCDA) is accepting Senior Affordable Assisted Living waiting list applications for Riverview Terrace Apartments from the earliest confirmed date of July 22, 2022, until further notice

• Riverview Terrace Assisted Living is a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) licensed to provide each resident up to 28 hours per week of supportive, personal and nursing services. To be eligible for Riverview Terrace, an individual must be 62 years of age or older and successfully complete a functional assessment conducted through the WCDA.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Print the paper application

2. Pick up an application from WCDA, located at 540 E. Thomas Street, Wausau, WI 54403

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to the WCDA, address mentioned above

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $51,950
• 2 Persons $59,350

There are no preferences

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received
